Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our influencer marketing company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the influencer marketing industry, as well as a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

 



  • Candidate should be experienced with B2B sales , preferably in Advertising/Marketing/Service based Industry

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including influencers, agencies, and brands.

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to enter new markets.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as marketing and operations) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

  • Analyze data and metrics to continuously improve sales performance and drive business results.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing.

  • Minimum experience of 3 years in the field of B2B Sales and Marketing is required.

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field provides foundational knowledge.

  • Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce or a related role is crucial to understanding the nuances of online sales and consumer behavior.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems is necessary for effective product management and optimization.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities are key for interpreting data and making informed decisions to drive sales and enhance the online shopping experience.

  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills aid in working seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Detail-Oriented Approach: Being detail-oriented ensures the delivery of a smooth, engaging online customer experience.
